We're just beginning to plan our Russian School Yolka party - we invite the whole Russian Community. We'll jazz up Anastasia's white "first communion" sarafan so she can be a mini-Snegurotchka.

Beautiful signs -- thanks for sharing. Though so strange to see Santa / Father Christmas at New Year's. New Year's is the huge, main holiday in Romania (though I think Christmas is slowly growing more popular lately) but there were already plenty of traditions so no need to through the old bearded guy in. He isn't seen at all during that time.
