Maria's Children in Washington, DC! At the Library of Congress!

If any of you can make it, check out the art exhibit tomorrow at the Rayburn Building Foyer, all day, in the Library of Congress! What an incredible opportunity for Maria's Children!

The press event is at 11 a.m. Patch Adams will be there, as will Maria, her husband, Ilya, and some of the older orphans who have grown up with Maria's Children.

Here is a newspaper article with all the pertinent information!!

If you're curious to read more about Maria's Children, just search for them in the side bar of my blog. It's an AMAZING organization! They provide art therapy, educational assistance, other types of help and give lots of love to orphans and needy children in Russia.

I heard on the radio that Patch Adams is giving a talk in southern CT soon. Wish it were closer as I'd go.

Wonderful about the art exhibit, Maria, her husband and some of the older kids in DC.

Patch Adams would be great to hear talk. I stumbled upon your blog via Expat Blogs - your blog is so bright and cheery :) Your daughters are adorable!

Perhaps you would like to join my Expat Linky Party on March 19th? Hope to see you then, if not sooner.
